How we work

The Polaris Innovation engagement.

A pod from Polaris Innovation embeds with your marketing team for 6–12 weeks. Composition: one strategy lead, one designer, one marketing-automation engineer, one deliverability specialist. The pod stays on-call after the embedded engagement ends.

Week 1–2

Discovery

Map the existing program. Identify the highest-leverage agents to build first. Audit deliverability, suppression hygiene, brand voice, channel mix. Output: a written engagement brief with the first three agents prioritized.

Week 3–6

Build & validate

Build the agents, deploy reusable Skills, write Evaluations against your historical sends. Set Guardrails with your brand and compliance teams. First agent ships to a sandbox audience by end of week 4.

Week 7–12

Deploy & refine

What does "Enterprise Agents" actually mean?

PolarGX agents purpose-built for your business by Polaris Innovation. Marketers describe agents in plain English while engineers extend them through the API. Reusable Skills standardize logic across agents. Evaluations test agents against real past sends before any live audience touches them. Guardrails enforce brand voice and data scopes at generation time. Bespoke dashboards and industry-specific agents are built around your operations rather than stretched from a template.

How does PolarGX handle SSO and SAML?

Enterprise plans support SSO via SAML 2.0 with major identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Auth0). SCIM provisioning is available for automated user lifecycle management. Implementation is typically completed during onboarding by the Polaris Innovation team.

What is your data residency story?

Customer data is hosted in regions selected during onboarding. We support US and EU residency by default and can discuss other regions for Enterprise customers. Data does not leave the chosen region for storage. Compute may be regional or global depending on the workload — documented in the DPA.

Do you sign DPAs and BAAs?

Standard Data Processing Agreement under GDPR Article 28 is provided to all customers on request, pre-signed. We do not currently sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for HIPAA workflows — PolarGX is not configured for PHI today.

What is your SOC 2 status?

SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress with an independent auditor. The Type II report is expected in Q2 2026. Until then, our detailed control summary is shared under NDA with qualified Enterprise customers and prospects on request.

How long does enterprise onboarding take?

Standard Polaris Innovation engagement: 6–12 weeks embedded with your team. Week one is discovery — mapping your existing program, identifying the highest-leverage agents to build first. Weeks two through six: build, validate, deploy. Weeks seven through twelve: refine, hand off, and migrate to ongoing support. The pod stays on-call after the embedded engagement.

Can we run on dedicated infrastructure?

Yes — Enterprise plans include dedicated infrastructure options for customers with strict performance, isolation, or compliance requirements. Bring-your-own-cloud (BYOC) deployments are available for the largest engagements.

What does PolarGX Enterprise cost?

Enterprise pricing is custom and based on scope — number of contacts, channels, integrations, support level, compliance requirements, and the depth of Polaris Innovation engagement. Contact sales for a tailored quote.

Can you migrate us from another platform?

Yes. White-glove migration support is included for Enterprise customers — data migration, workflow recreation, and parallel running periods to ensure zero disruption. Common origin platforms include Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, and SendGrid + Segment combinations.
